Shooters Shoot Traps in Trap Shoot
Women will shoot their traps today in one qualifying round and one final round. Currently, Slovakia holds the lead and there is one American currently in fourth place. Yesterday, the men shot their traps with Czech Republic claiming gold and the American shooters placing 22nd and 23rd. Trap shooting involves shooting clay pigeons and is considered the most difficult of all the trap competitions because the target is further and the speed the pigeon is thrown is greater. Animal rights activists oppose the sport claiming that shooting innocent pigeons is cruel and inhumane.

Bill Gates Flips for the Birdie
